The Frame

Our frames are made from carbon fibre or flax. Carbon fibre is an advanced composite material used in aerospace and racing. It offers lightness, stiffness and vibration dampening, these are some of the high-performance qualities of carbon fibre.
Our flax frame is made entirely from plant fibres, it's the world's first. And, after walking, it's the most environmentally-friendly form of transport. The flax frame is recyclable when it finally reaches the end of its life.
Swingarms

Our swingarms are made from lightweight, corrosion resistant aluminium to keep the folding bike weight to a minimum and anodized to a matt black long-lasting finish.
Wheels

Lightweight wheels are more robust and faster accelerating than bigger wheels, allowing you to go faster with less effort. The use of 16-inch wheels also helps reduce the overall length of the road bike, making it compact and easier to transport while retaining the comfort of a full size folding e-bike.
Motor

The all-in-one electric motor and battery provide 250W of power via the rear hub motor with various electrical assistance settings including pedal assist, eco mode, turbo mode and more. Enjoy over 50 kilometres of riding per single charge.
Chain

Gusset Slink Half Link Chain, made entirely from half links with straight outer plate edges that avoid getting hung up and look great.
Saddle

In addition to our standard lightweight 'high density padding' saddle, you can accessorise by adding either the Brooks Special recycled nylon saddle or by choosing the male of female comfort gel saddle.
Folding Mechanism

Unique 3 step easy folding process that can be accomplished in approximately 5 seconds and offers a hingeless one piece frame for robustness and a design not compromised by the versatility of a folding bike.

Our bike is powered by an all in one system that seamlessly powers your ride with the help of the 250W motor and built-in battery. The Zehus App allows you to customise the assist settings, monitor your speed and the battery using Bluetooth connectivity.

The all in one Zehus hub has 40Nm of torque and over 50 km range on a single charge. There is a selector on the handlebars to conveniently change settings on-demand or you can download the easy to use Zehus App.

Engage the "boost" for a burst of speed or for extra pedal-assist to tackle even the steepest of hills. The Active Electric Lock system gives you added security.
