The bike is designed for a maximum load of 110 kg (242 pounds) including luggage.

The Prodrive Folding Bike is easily and quickly folded to:

• 1178mm X 640mm X 210mm (46.3” x 25.2” x 8.2”). 

If you remove the seat post you can achieve 

• 1035mm X 540mm x 210mm (40.7” x 21.2” x 8.2”)  

The Prodrive Folding Bike can be taken on many forms of public and private transport. It can be carried easily inside homes, offices, cinemas etc.

We have mudguard options on the accessories page within our shop, if chosen when purchasing your bike, it will be delivered with them fitted.

The Prodrive Folding Bike is very versatile and can accommodate most heights. A suitable saddle height is measured by the length of your inner leg. The standard seat tube is intended for people with an inside leg measurement of around 74 - 97 cm. 

It will typically take 4 weeks to receive your new bike. However, on occasion we may have a suitable bike in stock that meets your needs, so be sure to ask us. Our aim is to get you on your new bike as soon as possible!

Please check each airlines carry on requirements if planning to take your bike as carry on. If putting in the hold, we would recommend reusing your cardboard packaging that your Prodrive Folding Bike arrived in, or a hard flight case allowing for the fold dimensions.

When the time finally comes to change your all-in-one electric hub, you will be able to order a new one from us. When a replacement is needed the app will give you a warning. Rest assured; it is a simple process.

You can order replacements from us directly. However, we consciously designed our bike to use standard parts where possible and without compromise. Therefore, any reputable bike shop should be able to help with maintenance and the ordering of replacement items.

Our bike was designed with simplicity of folding as a priority. It takes 3 steps and approximately 5 seconds to fold. Please consult our user manual for more detailed instructions. Why not send us a video of you folding your new Prodrive bike!

The Prodrive Folding Bike is made in the UK, engineered and assembled at our headquarters in Oxfordshire, with assistance from our Prodrive Composites business based in Milton Keynes and specialist suppliers that complement our design ethos and rigorous standards.

The user manual contains instructions for basic maintenance. However The Prodrive Folding Bike was designed to be used anywhere in the world and most repairs can be done at any local bike shop. Please get in touch if you are unsure about how to service the bike.

Yes, we ship internationally! Taxes and duties are calculated and included in the final price at checkout. This means there are no unexpected fees or additional costs to pay when your order arrives—making the process seamless and hassle-free for our global customers.

Your warranty commences from the date of delivery. The frame and swing arm components are covered for 5 years. Other non-wearing parts are covered for 1 year. The all-in-one electric hub on the Prodrive Electric Bike come with a 2-year warranty.
