Prodrive Folding Bike Complimentary Accessory Pack Offer Spring 2025
1. The Promotion
1.1. This Promotion is only available on the purchases of any of the qualifying Products listed within these terms and conditions.
1.2. A qualifying product (“Product”) is any current model of Prodrive Folding Bike as listed on https://prodrivefoldingbike.com (the “Website”), excluding any Flax Bike as of 1 February 2025.
1.3. The Promotion is valid on purchases of the Products made between 1 February 2025 and 28 February 2025 (inclusive).
2. The Promoter
2.1. Prodrive Ventures Limited (the “Promoter”) is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08115343, whose registered office is at Prodrive Headquarters, Chalker Way, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 4XD.
3. Eligibility
3.1. This Promotion is open to individuals who are purchasing for personal use .
3.2. This Promotion is open to customers purchasing from authorised, participating retailers in the United Kingdom and the pages of https://prodrivefoldingbike.com.
3.3. The Promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies;
(b) anyone professionally associated with the Promotion; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4. The Complimentary Spring Pack
4.1. The Complimentary Spring Pack (“Pack”) includes the following items only;
(a) two (2) Schwalbe Marathon Original Green Guard Touring Tyres which will be fitted to the Bike in place of the two (2) standard Continental Contact Urban tyres;
(b) one (1) SKS Clip-on Rear Mudguard; and
(c) one (1) Cat Eye AMPP400 Bike Light Set
4.2. The Pack is subject to availability.
4.3. There is no cash alternative for the Pack and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Pack with a gift of equal or greater value.
4.4. Only one (1) Pack per Bike purchased.
5. How to participate in the Promotion
5.1. To participate in the Promotion, participants must place an order with an authorised Dealer or on the Website during the period set out in the promotional period for one or more of the Products.
5.2. The Pack will be applied to the Product before shipping to the participants.
5.3. Participants who make purchases outside the Promotion period will not receive the Pack with their purchase.
5.4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the ordered Products or Packs being lost or delayed in the post once dispatched.
5.5. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 For a refund to be issued, the Product and Pack must meet the following criteria:
(a) Be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt;
(b) Be returned together at the same time; and
(c) Be returned in their entirety, in their original condition and packaging.
6.2. If there is an issue with either the Product or the Pack, the Promoter reserves the sole discretion to review the matter and determine whether a refund should be issued.
6.3. If a refund is approved for either the Product or the Pack, the relevant items must be returned to the Promoter in accordance with the requirements outlined in 6.1 above before the refund is issued.
6.4. Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected by the Promoter to ensure they meet the return requirements.
6.5. Any costs incurred for the return of the Product and/or Pack, including postage or courier fees, shall be borne by the participant, unless the Promoter has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6.6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a refund if the Product or Pack is found to be incomplete, damaged, or not in its original condition, except where such damage occurred during delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into the Promotion was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Promotion does not run as planned.
7.2. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:
(a) for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
(b) for fraud; or
(c) further than is permitted by law.
7.4. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil the Promotion or provide the Pack due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
9.3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion or these Terms, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
9.4. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.5. The Promoter is not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the promotional material. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or clarify details without liability.
